After sailing smaller boats for almost 40 years, my wife and I made the decision to upgrade to a larger boat. We decided to work with Ken Jacks at Crusader Yachts. He patiently showed us boats for many months. We finally found the perfect boat. Ken helped us through the purchasing process, boat survey, and final sale. The experience was educational and very pleasant. He continues, to this day, to check up on us and our boat. “My wife and I recently used Crusader as our buyers broker and I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience we had with Ken Jacks. You are very lucky to have Ken servicing your clients.

At first, I was reluctant about engaging a buyers broker but Ken did a good job at building a relationship without being pushy, a definite plus because both my wife and I are sensitive to the hard sell. Ken did an excellent job at explaining the pros of using a buyers broker and explained what he could do for us. He then delivered on his promise.

During the relatively short sales cycle, Ken listened to all of our needs and correctly identified several boats that were of interest to us. After not being satisfied with a few, he suggested we look at Cabo Ricos and I am glad he did. At his encouragement we made two offers, one of which was accepted, to our delight. All the while Ken did an excellent job at guiding us through the process of making the right offer and provided coaching on counter offers, and finally, how to complete the sale.

However, it was his post sales support that was truly engaging and what separates Ken from so many other brokers we have interacted with. Ken could have just shook our hands and parted ways once his check was in the mail but he did not; he continued to engage us and make sure we were satisfied with the sale and offered to help us with the delivery of ‘Miss Maggie’ to her new home. This is OUTSTANDING customer service.
