Manufacturer Provided Description

The 54' Pilothouse Yacht is a genuine pleasure to experience. Featuring a blend of generous interior accommodations of both private and social areas, she is elegantly proportioned with the fluid visual grace that is the personal mark of Jack Sarin N.A. Careful consideration of maximizing space and use ensures you and your guests a pampered onboard experience. The owner's suite, guest cabins, and baths are comfortably roomy, well-appointed, bright and airy. The galley is elegantly designed yet appropriately functional. Entertainment areas are spacious and well-situated to take advantage of the beautiful waterfront views you are to encounter. Mr. Sarin's acclaimed attention to detail resulted in a large, raised pilothouse area with ample room for both casual entertaining and navigational duties. The decks are large and the walks wide for safe handling at ports of call.

Accommodations

Entering the saloon from the aft deck, a molded L-shaped settee is to starboard with designer cushions & pillows. A beautifully finished solid mounted table with a burlwood top completes the starboard wall. The table is dual pedestal, hi-low, and opens for dining. the settee converts to make an additional berth. Across the room and to port is a semi-circular wine cabinet with bookshelves lining the wall and an ottoman. The entertainment center is found on the forward salon wall and houses a 30" recessed LCD TV with a remote pop-up lift, ice maker, and wine cooler.

Moving up three steps to the pilothouse & galley, the first items of notice are the port & starboard side exit doors, which both conveniently open to the wide side decks (note: some cosmetic water damage around doors and on the floor by the doors). The pilothouse-to-flybridge stairwell (all wood) is to port, with a dining settee & hi-lo table a few steps forward. The galley (pilothouse aft level) is located to starboard and features a wide-open layout with a full complement of appliances. The pilothouse (lower helm station) is forward of the galley, with an intelligently designed panoramic windshield & state-of-the-art electronics.

Teak & holly flooring covers the entire galley & pilothouse deck.

Stepping below decks, the owner’s stateroom is found at the midships position with the master head en-suite (to starboard). The washer & dryer are installed at the forward wall; portlights & custom cabinetry accentuate the portside wall. Walking forward, guest stateroom #2 is situated to port, and the guest head (shared by both the VIP & guest staterooms) is to starboard. The VIP stateroom occupies the bow and features an island queen berth with portlights on both sides & a deck hatch above.

The flybridge is reached either from the aft deck or the pilothouse. Points of interest include a bimini top, molded

L-shaped seating with cushions & a fixed table and a functional upper helm station with superb visibility. The spacious boat deck is designed for tender & davit storage, and a molded BBQ cabinet with refrigerator & concealed sink is located to starboard.

A hatch from the aft deck leads into the roomy lazarette, perfect for storing lines, fenders, safety equipment and etc. The watertight door leads into an engine room designed with the owner/operators in mind. All electrical wiring is labeled and neatly tucked away. All machinery is easily accessible and serviced as needed.
