location icon Annapolis, Maryland
Year 2016
Length 41 ft
Builder/Manufacturer Beneteau
Price
$225,000

Designed by naval architects Finot-Conq and Associates, the Oceanis 41 has a sleek low profile cabin with long coachroof windows and a continuous chine over the length of the boat. Major highlights of this Oceanis include a luminous interior plus an ingenious full width, electrically operated transom enclosure that provides easy access to the sea with the push of a button. On deck, the maximum beam of the Oceanis 41 practically extends from midship to stern. This design allows the 41 to have a huge cockpit with lots of seating and plenty of room to stretch out.  The two large aft cabins are an added bonus.

This beautiful 41 ft Beneteau, Platinum Edition, is lightly used. She features dual-helm controls and a bow thruster for ease in docking.  Her shoal draft is ideal for shallow water cruising and great anchorages. Her hard chine design provides stability, less heel and speed, for more comfort and enjoyment underway. Outboard shrouds keep the decks clear and easier to move around safely. The mainsheet arch provides better sail control as well as safety; the in-mast furling keeps things simple and convenient.

Moving below, DE BEAUJOUR is the two cabin, one head version, with a workroom in the port aft cabin. Her space feels like what you would expect on a much larger boat and the interior has great headroom, lots of natural lighting and good ventilation. The L-shaped galley on port is thoughtfully laid out and has good working space. The guest cabin aft has a full queen-size berth and a generous amount of space, so your guests will be comfortable. The head has a separate shower and can be accessed from the saloon or ensuite from the aft cabin. The saloon space is comfortable for lounging and dining, with the hullside windows allowing a panoramic view of the outside. The forward stateroom has hullside windows as well, a comfortable berth and great storage.

DE BEAUJOUR is ready to cruise and waiting for her next adventure. Whether your plans are for local exploration of the Bay, full time cruising, or as a live-aboard, the Beneteau Oceanis 41 will serve your purpose well. Call the listing broker and come see her today. She checks the boxes for lots of folks, so she won’t last long!

Master stateroom:  As you enter the forward stateroom a 24”x 84”x 60” berth is on centerline and has a step on either side to get into it.  There is a large mirror above the foot of the bed; on either side above the bed are hullside lights with fiddled shelves beneath them.  The shelves are framed by lockers on either end with drop front doors.  Lighting and ventilation in this stateroom are great.  There are three overhead hatches, a Dorade vent and a fan.  Additional lighting comes from four overhead lights, continuous under cabinet lighting the length of the berth on either side and two reading lights.  There is a locker beneath the bunk with a drop front door.  On starboard is a dressing table with a hassock, a shelf and hanging storage space above that.  On port there is a counterspace with three shelving lockers beneath and a double door locker above with additional hanging and shelving space.  Headroom in here is 6’1”.

Saloon:  The U-shaped dinette table is located on starboard and can comfortably seat four. It can be used full-size or you can fold it and rotate it to use it as a café table.  There is storage beneath it and behind the seat backs.  Above and behind the seat backs is a shelf that runs the length of the dinette.  Above that there is a large shelf with a hullside window above, framed by two lockers with drop front doors.  Fiddled shelf space is above that and runs the length of the dinette.

On port there is bottle storage just forward of the galley.  Seating in this area can be adjusted to provide a 48” love seat or two individual seats sharing the Nav top between them. Behind those seats is a deep shelf area with three top loading lockers; the forward most of which is additional bottle storage.  Above that is a long fiddled shelf with a fixed hullside light and a locker with a drop front door.  The dinette settee is 78” x 24” and converts to a berth.  Ventilation is provided by an overhead hatch, a Dorade vent, a fan and two opening ports.  There are four fixed lights, two on the hull side and two in the housetop.  Additional lighting is provided by four overhead lights and under counter indirect lighting along either hullside.  Headroom in the saloon is 6’4”.

Galley:  The galley is L-shaped and on port.  At the aft end there are double sinks.  Beneath that section is a swing out trash bin door and to the right of that two drop front door lockers and a pull out drawer for utensils.  The stove is next and has shelf storage beneath it and a drop front door cabinet for pots and pans.  Moving around to the “L” you will find the top loading freezer, with the refrigerator next towards centerline.  Lining the hullsides are four drop front lockers with a generous amount of storage.  Lighting and ventilation in this area are provided by under cabinet indirect lighting running the length of the cabinetry, three overhead lights, a fixed light in the house side, one opening port and a Dorade vent.   There are tall fiddles lining the entire perimeter of the counter spaces as well as in front of the stove for secure hand holds while underway.  Across from the galley is a liquor locker with counter space above and a large mirror running to the ceiling.  There is storage as well as a wine locker beneath the cabin sole in this area.  Headroom is 6’3”.

Head:  Entry to the aft head is on starboard in the saloon or from the starboard aft guest cabin.  Entering from the saloon, the separate shower stall is to your left and has a bifold Plexiglas shower door.  Directly ahead is the toilet, while to the right is an angled counter and sink, with storage beneath it and two drop down cabinet doors with medicine cabinet storage above.  Lighting and ventilation in this area are provided by three overhead lights, a fixed hullside light, Dorade and one opening port.  Headroom in here is 6’3”.

Aft Starboard Cabin:  Entering the aft starboard cabin, one finds the space open and inviting.  There is a 80” x 60” queen size berth with a mattress topper.  To the left as you enter is a hanging locker, with an internal shelf and a fiddled shelf above it.  There is another storage locker beneath it.  There are fiddled shelves along each side of the bed with top access cubby bins.  On the centerline is a double doored locker with shelves. There is also dry bin storage under the cabin sole.  Lighting and ventilation are provided by an overhead hatch, an opening port, a fixed light in the hullside and a fan.  Additional lighting is provided by soffit lighting along the hullside, two flexible arm lights and two overhead lights.  There is ensuite access to the aft head from this cabin.  Headroom is 6’3”.

Aft Port Cabin:  The port aft cabin on de Beaujour is the workshop version, which includes a berth cushion to also serve as a sleeping cabin.  As you enter the space, to the right is a locker with a workbench. The top is fiddled; beneath that is a pull-out drawer and a large storage locker.  Above the workbench counter is a large drop door locker with a fiddled shelf above that.  The berth has a fiddled shelf running the length along the hullside.  Lighting and ventilation to this space are provided by fixed lights looking into the cockpit as well as to the hullside.
