introduction

The salon is accessed from the aft deck by a robust watertight door. The spacious salon is located amidships just aft of the galley and dining area. The salon ofD’Niceis equipped with a leather couch and two matching leather chairs. The entertainment center is forward and is equipped with 40" Smart TV with ample storage below. To the starboard side is an elegant dining table with seating for six guests. The wall-to-wall carpeting was recently installed and goes perfectly with the varnished mahogany.

The country style kitchen is located midship just forward of the salon allowing for easy access to the formal dining area. The built-in dinette seats up to six guests with an additional seating for three at the galley counter, via swing-out bar stools. There is a large pantry forward of the galley with two additional commercial freezers as well. Forward of the galley there is a day head as well as a separate crew entrance through a watertight door. This is truly a chef’s dream galley.

The owner’s suite is located forward of the galley down a hallway, which allows for plenty of privacy and separation from crew and guests. This is a full beam cabin with a king size bunk. The port side of the owner’s suite is equipped with an office space and the starboard side with a reading nook style settee. The entertainment center is located on the aft bulkhead. Wall to wall carpeting with varnished mahogany wood finish this area off quite nicely. Large port and starboard windows allow for an amazing amount of natural light. The owner’s head is forward of the cabin. Dual sinks sunk into elegant marble stone countertop is a great touch, along with the matching marble flooring. The oversized marble shower with frameless glass doors put the final touches in this amazing owner’s head.

Up one level from the main deck is the pilothouse and sky lounge. The pilothouse has had the electronics and navigation equipment replaced with the latest and greatest components. There are two Stidd helm chairs with a matching leather settee aft of the helm. Unparalleled views from the large windows allow an operator and guests to always know what is going on outside. Aft of the pilothouse is the sky lounge which is equipped with a comfortable “L” shaped settee aft, facing the entertainment center. Off to the starboard side there is a captain’s office area with a desk and large chart table area. The pilothouse and sky lounge both have varnished mahogany bulkhead and flooring. The exterior decks are accessed from an aft watertight door in the sky lounge and port and starboard watertight doors in the wheelhouse.

The lower level consists of four guest cabins and the crew quarters. The crew quarters are forward and sleeps two. There is a large countertop area as well a built-in settee with a built-in Corian table. There is an ensuite crew head as well aft of the sleeping quarters. Down the hallway through a watertight door are the four guest cabins. The two midships cabins are mirror images of each other with queen bunks and ensuite heads. The two aft cabins are also mirror images of each other with two single bunks each and ensuite heads. All heads have marble countertops and flooring. All cabins have wall to wall carpet and varnished mahogany bulkheads. The guest cabins are all located midships and down low for a comfortable, stable ride. Within the guest cabin hallway are the washer and dryer which are tucked away behind mahogany cabinet doors. All heads are equipped with heated floors as well.

The machinery space is located aft of the lower deck guest cabins behind a watertight door and heavily insulated bulkhead. The current owner has a captain and crew who really take pride in their machinery space. All engine work is up to date, floors have been painted, bilges are clean, so these areas are just spotless.

The exterior decks have been recently painted. The exterior windows have recently been replaced. The aft deck was recently painted, all Corian countertops and tables have been replaced with custom varnished mahogany wood tables and countertops. The aft deck is roomy and great for entertaining. The boat deck one level upholds a 2021 Williams model 645 jet tender and two 2021 Fish Pro Sea-Doos. The flybridge deck is accessed via a varnished mahogany staircase. This level is equipped with a built-in jacuzzi and two “L” shaped aft facing settees. There are three helm chairs and two forward facing settees as well as a secondary helm station on the flybridge level. All of this is covered by the flybridge hardtop, sheltering this area from weather.
