Construction:

•Hull: Hinckley DualGuard® composite construction- Kevlar®/E-glass outer skin

•Corecell “M Foam” for core above and below the waterline

•Carbon fiber inner skin laminated with Vinylester resin using Seaman Composite Resin Infusion Molding Process (SCRIMP®)

•Deck: E-glass outer and inner skin with Corecell ”M Foam” for core laminated with Vinylester resin using Seaman Composite Resin Infusion Molding Process (SCRIMP®)

ZEPHYR was repainted in 2019 using ALEXSEAL, Stars and Stripes Blue for the hull, and Oyster White for the double boot stripes while the bottom is Black. The Mast, Antennas and Searchlight were also repainted Light Cream to match the Cabin Top, Hull Sides and Deck. And the Toe Rails were completely wooded and finished with 10 coats of varnish. The Cockpit Decks and the Swim Platform are Teak with White caulking.

The Foredeck is large and the Side Decks are wide. There are Stainless Steel Handrails to assist and a 1.25” Stainless Steel Bow Rail installed New in 2016. The Midships Cleats ( 4 ) were “opened” to match the Bow Chocks 2016. The Anchor Locker has storage for one large fender, is equipped with Salt Water and Fresh Water spigots, and a Handheld Remote to a MUIR Hydraulic Windlass with Chain to Rope capstan and 100’ of Chain and 100’ of 8 Plait along with a 60lb Stainless Steel Anchor. Foot Switches for the Windlass were added in 2018. Washdown Pump was replaced in 2019.

All 3 WINDSHIELDS replaced in 2022.

The Cockpit is large with ample seating including an L-Settee to Port and a straight Settee to Starboard. There is ample storage and access under each of the settees. A “ Full Cover “ Bimini with Stainless Bows protects the entire Cockpit from the elements. It can be folded aft and stored in a boot when the cockpit open is desired. Two Custom Stamoid Settee Covers protects the exterior cushions from the elements. Forward to Port is a cabinet with a Stainless Bar Sink and a ULINE Ice maker below. Forward and to Starboard is a cabinet housing a VITRIFIGO cockpit refrigerator. Aft and to Starboard is a Fresh Water washdown spigot, Engine Room hatch lift switch and SEALIFT on/off switch. Located by the Transom door is a hot and cold Cockpit Shower. The Cockpit Sole is teak with White caulking. Aft is the Lazarette and is large enough for fenders, lines, cleaning supplies and more. It also provides access to the Hamilton Jets. Midship is the Engine access which is opened by an electric assist lift. Entrance to the Salon is thru large curved Sliding Glass doors. Three doors provide access to or from the Cockpit.

In 2017 a Custom designed and built SEALIFT hydraulic Swim Platform was installed. Constructed of Carbon Fiber and Teak it remains light in weight so as to carry the 11’ AB Aluminum CC Tender with a 20hp Yamaha OB on Custom designed removable Teak Chocks. Custom Removable Stainless Steel Grabrails make boarding or disembarking easy and safe.

ZEPHRY over the years has been well maintained and improved upon. Most winters can be found in indoor heated storage. All exterior varnish is done annually, the hull and superstructure are polished as well as all of exterior stainless steel.

ZEPHYR’s INTERIOR IS CONSTRUCTED OF MAPLE WITH A SATIN VARNISH PROVIDING A VERY LIGHT AND OPEN-AIR FEELING THROUGHOUT.

Beginning forward is the Master Stateroom featuring a Queen Size berth with a custom folding mattress allowing for easy access to a storage space below. Two large drawers are at the foot of the berth. Above and outboard both port and starboard are additional storage cabinets. There is a cedar lined hanging locker to port and an additional clothes or linen locker to starboard. Just aft is a large vanity with shelving above and swivel chair below. A bulkhead mounted Apple TV provides entertainment. A large overhead hatch with screen and sunshade as well as two fixed ports provide ample light and ventilation. Aft and to port is the owners head compartment with large shower stall and locker. A storage locker over the sink gives adequate space for toiletries. An overhead hatch and opening port provide light and ventilation.

Next, aft and to starboard is the GUEST HEAD COMPARTMENT with private access to the GUEST STATEROOM or from the hallway. The stateroom has two twin berths with storage underneath. There is also a large hanging locker with small storage compartment below. On the aft bulkhead is a CUSTOM BOOKSHELF 2017. One fixed portlite, one fixed hull port and an opaque rectangular panel above provide plenty of daylight.

Next aft and to starboard is the GALLEY. Equipped with a large Microwave/Convection Oven, 2-Burner Kenyon Electric Cooktop, 2-drawer Refrigerator and Sea Frost evaporator plate top loading Freezer. There is abundant storage throughout the Galley, large double sinks as well as plenty of counter space for preparing even large meals. There is one opening port for ventilation. A Custom GALLEY STORAGE CABINET installed over the cooktop with lighting added underneath 2017.

Companionway stairs lead up to the Helm, Navigation Station and Main Salon. To starboard is the Helm Station. Two fully adjustable Stidd Chairs provide companion seating. A CUSTOM UPHOLSTERED HELM DASH PANEL installed 2022. To port is the Nav Station with another fully adjustable Stidd Chair as well as a large Chart Table with storage within.

The Main Salon is large and open with ample seating for owners and guests. The is an L-shaped settee to port and a U-shaped settee to starboard which has an electric assist adjustable hi-lo table for dining or cocktail use. A filler cushion fits over the table so as to make an additional berth when needed. There are four large overhead electric assist hatches with screens and sun shades and two electric assist sliding windows and double sliding glass doors that open wide to the cockpit. Just after of the Nav Station is a concealed electric assist Samsung TV. Custom installed Reading Lamps were added to the port and starboard aft bulkhead 2017.
