The Sabre 48 Fly Bridge is the perfect combination of the traditional Downeast style with the space and visibility of a fly bridge. This boat has an additional flybridge hardtop and full enclosure extending the living space inside and out. The Sabre 48 Fly Bridge offers unparalleled views while underway and unrestricted sightlines while docking. The flybridge provides an engaging space for alfresco dining and entertainment, with a full second helm including joystick control. As such, the flybridge is a practical and elegant addition to the successful Sabre 48 Salon Express series. The spiral stairs leading from the cockpit to the bridge provide security during ascent and descent with full steps and handholds everywhere they are needed.
The Freedom Lift will easily deploy a tender for exploring remote anchorages or a jaunt to the beach. Rich teak flooring covers the platform as well as your cockpit and stairs. The L-shaped seating and table is a wonderful area for relaxation in the sun or under the retractable electric cockpit Sureshade. From the cockpit, you can ascend to the bridge or continue through the SS door to the salon. Up the spiral stairs to the bridge, you'll find a very well-appointed helm. The seating is comfortable for 5-6 guests to enjoy a wonderful panoramic view. This boat has an additional, full fiberglass hardtop with three-sided enclosure and built in lighting.
From the cockpit, you have access to the wide side decks to the bow. Here you'll find an attached bow lounging pad for relaxation with access to storage lockers and the windlass.
Entering the salon, there is an L-shaped lounge to starboard with a beautiful teak inlaid table. To port is a built-in love seat that pulls out for access to the third cabin below. Here you will find the washer & dryer, a built-in work bench with a Vitrifrigo freezer below, and a drawer unit. In the helm station, starboard side of the salon, you have dual Stidd seating and a full complement of Garmin screens and electronics at your fingertips. A side door makes docking access a breeze. Across from the helm and a signature feature of this design is a raised mini L-settee which makes a perfect nook for relaxing and an excellent perch for keeping a second set of eyes forward when underway.
Down a few steps is the galley featuring a stand-up fridge freezer, a convection microwave, SS sink, a glass top cook-top and plenty of cabinet storage for the gourmet chef.
Just opposite the galley is the master stateroom. This is truly a master suite, including an athwartship island queen berth, Shoji entry doors with Shoji diffused lighting from the port light above the berth, hanging lockers and a set of bureau drawers.
The ensuite head has a separate shower stall with a seat and a plexiglass door.
Forward you have another head to port, which doubles as a day head but can be closed off with private access to the guest suite in the bow. Once again, here is a centerline queen tapered berth. Supplied recessed lighting is supplemented by good natural light. Hanging lockers and drawers gives your guests plenty of storage options.
