CHARDONNAY sustained damage in July of 2022 when the marina placed a strap from the travel lift over the prop shaft, opening up a way for water to leak into the vessel. All the wiring and mechanical parts that were underwater were replaced. Seller is willing to warrant for one year from purchase all electrical and mechanical systems from damage that can be reasonably related to exposure to saltwater leaking into the vessel and to create an escrow fund of $20,000 to cover the cost of repair resulting to exposure to salt water. THIS WAS NOT A TOTAL SINKING.
