TULLA is believed to be in fundamentally sound condition, but is known to have some addressable repair issues, including:

  • Area of minor deck compression in the area of the mast-step (Estimated repair cost: ~$4000)
  • Normal areas of elevated moisture readings in areas of the deck - with generally good resonation from percussion testing.
  • Areas of tabbing separation between the hull and some interior "structures"  (Estimated repair cost: $1-4000)
  • Various cosmetics
  • Deferred maintenance to trailer

The asking price has been significantly reduced to allow for such conditions.  The seller will entertain an "as-is" offer from a buyer who has personally inspected TULLA - and who has broad understanding of boat-construction - and common maintenance and repair issues.
